GAMIFICATION FEATURES

We have used a combination of the following methods to tap into learner engagement and motivation.

  • Badges: Virtual badges with custom graphics which align to your industry can be created. Learners earn these by completing learning activities or by receiving one manually by an administrator or instructor.

  • Points: Points are associated with each badge so that the learner accumulates points with every progress made in earning badges.

  • Leaderboards: Points earned can accumulate and allow learners to go up any peer or group linked leaderboards created by the administrators – location, department, group, role or function.
