Abara provides a range of predefined reports for simplified control over the LMS’ reporting feature. Administrators are also provided with a view of the user statuses, course status, and even the purchases made by learners across organizations.

The status of the reports is always up to date, making the data highly reliable. The Master Administrator can view all the data they need through a bird’s eye view. The Master Administrator can also schedule reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, or biannual basis.

Other reports on Abara LMS include access grouped data like courses, learning path, certificates, and badges.

SCHEDULING DAILY, WEEKLY, MONTHLY, AND BIANNUAL REPORTS IS SIMPLE AND FLUID VIA AUTOMATED EMAIL SENDING

All standard reports and custom reports allow automated report scheduling. Administrators do not need to log into the system to fetch these reports. The reports will be sent via email based on the required frequency.

Options for scheduling automated reports via email include:

  • Daily

  • Weekly

  • Monthly

  • Quarterly

  • Half-yearly

  • Yearly

Reports can be full reports or just additional updates. The reports can also be sent to external agencies (people not on the LMS) by simply adding their email IDs in the LMS.
