Abara LMS supports the creation of larger training curriculum using a feature called learning path. Learning paths, also called programs or learning plans in the LMS industry, provide administrators with the ability to construct a journey for learners towards completion of a learning goal.
LEARNING PATH FEATURES
Abara LMS’ learning path feature provides administrators with the ability to:
Create a blended program using multiple training methods (eLearning, ILT, and vILT)
Define completion policies of the learning path
Attach a completion certificate and course credits to the learning path
Specify completion criteria
Auto-assign learning path based on roles or custom fields
Review enrollment policies for learning path
Define visibility rules for viewing learning path based on audience groups, roles, etc.

REPORTING FUNCTION
Reports help administrators understand the status of a learning path—progress, completion, assessment results, and more—and take action where needed.
Abara’s learning path feature supports report extraction via CSV or PDF formats. These reports are customized using custom fields.

Administrators decide on the type of courses to include within a learning path based on the learner’s objectives and training needs. They can add multiple types of courses like eLearning, Instructor-Led Training (ILT), and virtual ILT (vILT) with relative ease.
