CERTIFICATE CREATION AND MANAGEMENT
Abara’s automated certification automatically provides learners with a certificate on completion of a course.
Administrators can use Abara’s inbuilt templates to design or customize an existing certificate.
Adding logos is possible as well. Administrators can also create a certificate template for future use. This is unique to Abara LMS.
Administrators can update the certificate with the learning path name if needed as well.
AUTOMATIC CERTIFICATION
Abara allows administrators to configure certificates to courses while enabling the LMS to present learners with certificates on completion of courses.
Learner can download certificates as PDFs.
ADVANCED CERTIFICATION FEATURES
Abara’s Certification feature also allows advanced certification functionality including:
Expiring Certificate workflow: Administrators can set an expiry date to certificates reports and dashboards are available so that learners and administrators are aware of expiring. Automated reminders are triggered before the certificate expires so that learners are notified in advanced of the upcoming expiry dates.
Re-Certification and Refresher Course workflows: When a certificate may expire, a learner may need to simply pass a refresher course instead of the same course all over again. This refresher course workflow is also available in the system so that learners can recertify based on a refresher course.
External Certificate workflow: The system also allows Learners to add External Certificates that are valid and approved by the organization within the system so that Reporting Managers, L&D Teams and Compliance teams are aware of existing certificates of the teams within the organization.
USER CERTIFICATE REPORT
User certificate reports present the administrator with reports needed to validate a user’s certificate status. The report shows the period of validity of these certificates and can plan their retraining or recertification activities using Abara LMS powerful certificate and compliance features.
